Comin' on like a sci-fi hybrid of T-Bone Walker, Little Richard and Guitar Slim, guitarist/singer Nick Curran is a powerhouse performer who owes a strong debt to blues and rockabilly artists of the 1950s. The cancer survivor and former lead guitarist for The Fabulous Thunderbirds whose music has been featured in the 2008 HBO hit Series "True Blood" has returned to his roots in his latest release REFORM SCHOOL GIRL, a head-spinning combination of influences such as old blues Lazy Lester, to girl groups the Ronettes, to hard rock Guns N' Roses. This performance is presented by The Canadian Pacific Blues Society. Yale VIP passes not accepted for this performance.
